I was playing trials last night and got the match win from it, it was a 1v1 at the end with my teammate and an enemy, I was dead the match was 4:4 and I had got a kill shortly before I died, the enemy went for the rez and exploded😂.
Well Cassoid is the foundry responsible for the creation of telesto (and a few other exotics) so it makes sense that the origin trait drops telesto bolts.
People seem to forget that in addition to the buff to handcannon damage in pve, they buffed the reload speed across the board as well. Definitely helps with how sluggish 120s felt and is probably why it feels so good (like bottom dollar with surplus). The slow reload was basically the main reason I hated using them.
There’s a stasis high impact pulse w/the same origin trait and I got one w/enlightened action + headseeker and it feels AMAZING the scope is also SUPER clean, and I love the d1 vibes it gives off
The perk that grants reload on damage is just everything I ever wanted, if only it had frenzy and explosive payload that'd be even better. With the changes this might be viable for GMs.
The last group of legendary weapons by a weapons foundry we have yet to see is Crux/Lomar. The same foundry that made iconic weapons like the Gallarhorn.
This reminds me of my fav handcannon Duke Mk. 44 back during forsaken. It had ricochet rounds, stready hand, rapid hit, rampage, and a handling masterwork. It was quick and snappy and really stable, plus good reload with rapid hit. Just seeing gameplay of this HC I feel like this will be my new fav handcannon going forward. ☺
I honestly can’t put this hc down. It’s so so crispy in pvp and I don’t feel like a scumbag using it and in pve it reminds me of better devils from year one. There’s just something about it and I love it! I honestly and bringing it into day one with me
Cross Ive got the new pulse Psi Hermetic V with headstone. I get a head shot thr telesto bolts pop out shatter the crystal and potentially cleans up the next person that might be by or have them low enough. Paired with Renewal its a neat build
was amazed to see how many new players are playing gambit, got my mate the malf quest finished in an hour just from how many absolute blueberries there were, nonstop blue swords and lmgs with double primaries. Almost felt bad for wither stacking with Lucky Malf. Almost.
I've seen the Wild Card origin trait earlier. It's also on the Qua Xaphan LMG from gambit, the luna regolith sniper, and nox perennial fusion. I have a drop of the LMG with destabilizing rounds and triple tap. Bummers it doesn't have repulsor brace available (yeah, need age-old bond for that).
I like how for some hand cannons, much like other weapons can feel so different in your hands for example how i love the sound and feeling of kept confidence but cant stand weapons like austringer

I knew this handcannon was going to be good the moment I saw the perks. It does make me sad to know that the ritual scout last season got absolutely dumpstered in the perk department.
The new legendary scout, Brya's Love, imo feels like the best legendary scout in the game. My roll, I don't have a crafted one yet, is Loose Change (which I'd replace) and Precision Instrument (which I wouldn't replace.) I'd recommend trying it.
In PvE, and I assume PvP too, you could kill something to spawn the orb, then use Vortex to suck enemies in. Might be useful in a higher end activities, especially if the orb takes on stunning properties.

HOWEVER not only was it spawning 3 for me upon PVE precision kills but they also weren't telesto bolts but rather like solar blobs. ALSO it can roll with incandescent for a bit of double dipping as well. SPICY 🔥

I have a new pulse with that origin trait with headstone. I didn't fully understand what it was doing when I saw a bunch of Telesto Bolts on the ground from killing a group of adds by shooting the crystal.
I'd rather the Cassoid perk being that it auto reloads overtime even in your hands, but much faster while stowed. The use of the current one are revive based PvP modes.
I got the PSI Hermetic V Pulse Rifle with Wild Card + Kill Clip. I did a little bit of PvE testing, & it seems like Kill Clip also buffs the damage of the submunition bolts. Helpful for groups of enemies ✌️😁
I just unlocked this and love it. I tried comparing it with igneous which I saved up 10 engrams for, tried multiple roles and none felt as consistent as this. I would still prefer my crafted round robin though
Almost positive the thing got the Weavewalker disabled was the whole “tag an enemy with a DoT, have as many Threadlings as you want while you’re basically invincible” thing, but if there was anything going in on PvP with it I wouldn’t know cause i hate PvP and avoid it as much as i avoid politics. No clue if im crazy, But I think the bolts also retain weapon perks. I got the Luna regolith with incandescent, and those bolts definitely trigger incandescent if they kill something.
Weavewalker was so fun while it lasted I wasn't even using the busted parts but in legendary lost sectors etc. it was so fun and when I came against in PVP I just legged it until they ran out of charge and then killed them didn't really see much of an issue

Bungie should bring in an artifact mod that provides stacking Foundry trait synergy. Run 2 or more guns from the same foundry and all those weapons get a small stat boost across the board minus the damage stat. Maybe +2 for 2 guns and +4 for 3 guns?
Or, have dedicated bonuses depending on the foundry. For example, Hakke gets a +10 boost to Handling and Reload for 2 guns and a +20 for 3 guns. Veist gets Range and Targeting or any combinations for differing foundries. It would really allow players to buy into some sense of passive Foundry loyalty similar to factions, but without the politics.
I want that pulse rifle so bad but its a world drop with the lowest chance of dropping so unless banshee sells a good roll there is no way im getting it till next season at the earliest

Ive noticed in pvp that astrocyte verse's new volitile pulse destroys all tripmines and treadlings within its radius, ive also killed some people who were unraveled with it. I'm not exactly sure whats happening tho and i havent tested it in a private lobby. When I do it i see 250 damage on every tripmine + treadling. It might also work on other stuff but I dont think its intended
Weave walk needs to not last 5 seconds per melee charge in pvp like it does in pve. I could definitely see it getting nerfed down to like 3 seconds per charge and disable shooty stuff like arcbuddy / ntte buddy. Carrying the spark in weave is fine, but you need to have picked it up first, and you shouldn't be able to dunk it with ww active.

Grinded Gambit for this gun and the 1st thing I noticed was the telesto noise the little spark that drops makes. Havnt heard that in a while.

Those balls it generates look exactly like Telesto bolts, which is fitting since it's also a Cassoid weapon.

I've recently got a psi hermetic v stasis pulse with heating up, headstone with the wild card origin trait.
Bigger bosses also drop more, a big ogre dropped like 7 for me yesterday using the Gambit machinegun

I love it! The Igneous (Adept) should be just as good, if not better, but it will come down to getting the perks needed.
