I too thought about this & I think these people might be having a big catering business for functions hence assuming that they already have this machinery
If you go back through there videos you will see that they had very little. And as the channel has grown so has the equipment. I would imagine a lot of the ingredients are donated.
Why? They are doing good work to feed the poor and have been doing it for a long, long time. They also farm and started with no machines.

There was no fancy machines and the grandson had to bring the water in pails, not from the water spout they now have. What they've achieved is inspiring.
