Hi Joe, enjoyed the video, found it very informative 😅. However, youare losing time rebaiting (7-10 seconds) try changing your bait bands. Weldtite cycle valve rubber cut double width will keep a 6ml pellet on much better. If I use a dozen pellets during a match I'm having a bad day!
The camera on the opposite bank is a great addition to the video…just staring at your back for an hour wasn’t great! I know it must’ve been a nightmare for you editing it, but it’s so much better to watch imo 👍
Cracking video JC! It’s funny how when people are catching 10oz carp vs 10oz skimmers, the difference between what’s seen as a good day or a good method. 😊
Great tutorial Joe, I am practicing this method and I learnt a lot. I have a very old series 4 Sensas pole, can you buy universal F1 kits? Oh! Can I also say you are the Manchester City of tutoring? Hope you beat Wolves👍👕👕👕
Is that a good thing 🤣 Your best bet would be to measure the base of your top kits. I seem to remember the map browning and sensas all having the same bore at the base as well as maver. As I used to use browning kits on my maver pole back in the day.
Hi Joe, great demo again, can I quickly ask if starting at an f1 venue on let’s sat a 20inch strung out rig and have no bites, do you automatically go shallower or deeper? Many thanks
I use rod and line and my waggler is between two float stops and an olivette on another stop .as bulk on main line . Then a tiny swivel onto hook length with drop shot . If you're float is held top and bottom with silicone sleeve why not just move your float instead of having the expense of all those top sections , madness to me .
Really inspiring to watch
Great watch Joe great with camera other side the pool look forward to watching more
Thanks Dave
Really enjoyed the vidio and all the technical banter not a shallow fisher man at 76 but will give it a try thanks thight lines

I use a lasso when doing this style of fishing. But usually use up my old hooklengths for days like this

Yea can't really do that on love matches tho 🤣
But where I can I like to add a float or tip cam 👍
Cheers Joe, great watch and insight into how the top rods Do it .
great stuff joe well presented
Thanks John
Nice one Joe, i must say the inches in different rigs are a must.
It's so important
great info and vids as always from joe

Cheers Chris
Brilliant Joe! Top Tyke!!
👍
Spot on demo Joe
👍
Top tutorial Joe. Thanks.
Cheers Jon
Brilliant tutorial Joe thanks for the walkthrough always something to learn. Question Joe do you do anything to quickly identify each rig?
No but I need something 🤣
@@MatchFishingFilms 😂
@@MatchFishingFilms just write what depth rig is at bottom end of section. Simples
You could put them on your roost in order of depths .
Great video Joe . What size elastic was you using. 🐟🦈🐟
White ZIPP
Nice work Joe.
👍
Great tutorial joe,are the pellets straight out of the bag or dampened
Straight out of the bag for shallow work 👍

Thanks Joe I will look into it I think they are 22mm, so can ask around 👍
I've also got a Sensas 724. Just bought a Browning F1 kit as I couldn't find a Sensas one. Browning one fits it perfectly mate.
Cheers Neil, much appreciated mate 👍

I would drop down
That's fast fishing Joe, never tried it but will be giving it a go one day, Thank you
Rapid fishing on certain venues
Was you using 4mm as hook bait the same as you was feeding
Yea, the rules at shears by mean you have to use the same pellet on the hook as you feed.
@@MatchFishingFilms thanks
Hi Joe, what venue are you at mate ?
Shearsby Valley on the willow lake
I use rod and line and my waggler is between two float stops and an olivette on another stop .as bulk on main line . Then a tiny swivel onto hook length with drop shot .

Because I want to keep a set length of line between the float and Pole tip to maximise hitting bites
In the summer for instance I will have as little as two inches of line between pole tip and float. This will be the same across all of the rigs.
Great video Joe informative and entertaining as always like the introduction of the far bank camera. Will beat Wolves on Saturday?.
I'm thinking positively so yes. 2-1
Hello, can I ask what the top kits are please? Thanks Rich
superium F1 kits 👌
You don’t mind the ducks …. They’re doing my head in and I’m not fishing 😂
Ha ha I think the fish like feeding under them
Ducks make the fish more competitive. Seen many carp spook a duck shallow
