@@kingewuratv Not in all types of interviews and certainly shouldn't have been in this case. If you were observant, on one or two occasions the interviewee abruptly brought his answers to a close when you looked on your phone. The impression I got was your disinterest in the rest of what he had to say until I realised later that it was just for the purposes of the interview. But it's all about the optics. Just my two cents though.
