    A profiterole, also known as a cream puff, is a French pastry ball filled with a sweet filling such as whipped cream, pastry cream, or ice cream. They are typically topped with a chocolate sauce or dusted with powdered sugar. Here’s a easy recipe for making profiteroles:
    For Profiteroles:
    1 cup 250 ml milk
    1/2 cup unsalted butter 100 g
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    150 g all-purpose flour
    4 large eggs
    20 g sugar
    For Cream Filling:
    8 oz 225 g cream cheese, or mascarpone;
    softened at room temp
    1 vanilla sugar
    1/2 cup 100 g powdered sugar
    2 cups 400 ml heavy cream, well chilled
    1 cup finely diced strawberries
    For Garnish:
    1 cup sliced strawberries, for garnish; optional
    2 tbsp powdered sugar, for dusting
    Für Profiteroles:
    1 Tasse 250 ml Milch
    1/2 Tasse ungesalzene Butter 100 g
    1/4 Teelöffel Salz
    150 g Allzweckmehl
    4 große Eier
    20 g Zucker
    Für die Cremefüllung:
    8 oz 225 g Frischkäse oder Mascarpone;
    bei Zimmertemperatur aufgeweicht
    1 Vanillezucker
    1/2 Tasse 100 g Puderzucker
    2 Tassen 400 ml Sahne, gut gekühlt
    1 Tasse fein gewürfelte Erdbeeren
    Für die Garnitur:
    1 Tasse geschnittene Erdbeeren, als Garnitur; optional
    2 EL Puderzucker, zum Bestäuben
    Pentru Profiteroles:
    1 cană 250 ml lapte
    1/2 cana unt nesarat 100 g
    1/4 lingurita sare
    150 g făină universală
    4 ouă mari
    20 g zahăr
    Pentru umplutura cu crema:
    8 oz 225 g cremă de brânză sau mascarpone;
    inmuiat la temperatura camerei
    1 zahar vanilat
    1/2 cană 100 g zahăr pudră
    2 căni 400 ml smântână groasă, bine răcită
    1 cana de capsuni taiate marunt
    Pentru garnitura:
    1 cană căpșuni feliate, pentru ornat; opțional
    2 linguri de zahar pudra, pentru pudrat
