This video is for the Tonka Climb-Overs Croc Canyon. It isn't labeled as a Starter Pack but it is in the same size packages as the Starter Packs. Croc Canyon came with with Forest Ranger (green). You can buy a black version, called "Police Rescue" separately as a single.
I also used Rugged Hauler for this demonstration. At the launch of the Tonka Climb-Overs, it was one of the singles but it doesn't have any alternate color in the Starter Packs nor the big play sets.
The vehicles are built to climb and have motorized 4x4 action.
