Sir what price of the vinyl papers and where you can buy
Cost is approximately Rs. 50/60 per square foot depending on the colour.
You can find it in shops where they make number plates for vehicles. Also in some plastic/ sticker selling shops.

I usually work with cardboard so I use different types of it like thin ones for the seats, dashboard, interior and the engine replica.
You can take a look in this video:

For seats and such you can use texture colour prints, piece of cloth for the carpet, etc. You can use a high gauge thickness wire for steering wheel, etc.
For Chrome bits, you can use aluminium foil or chrome vinyl. Use electrical wires to replicate hoses, etc.

I don't have the track of measurements taken that time.
If you have a scaled down sketch you may measure dimensions directly.
Or if you have actual vehicle dimensions, you can scale it down as required.
