They touch hands skin to skin but don't hold hands. He offers her a gloved hand which means his political side and she refuses. Poe offers his hand a Rey accepts with a smile. No brainer.
More than likely it's gonna happen in episode 9, Poe said 'I know' like Leia and Han 'I love you' 'I know' in Empire strikes back and Return of the Jedi, and the fact they put it at the end of the movie there is an chance.
