I've liked Josh Palmer ever since he showed up for training camp in 2021. Right away there were stories about he was sticking close to Keenan Allen and trying to learn as much as he could, recognizing the good fortunate he had to have KA as a mentor, trying not to pester Keenan too much. That is what you want from a young player, someone who is committed to improving his craft to mold himself into the best player he can be. Palmer is 6-1, 210 and built. You can tell he doesn't shrink from the weight room. IMO, he could be Puka Nacua or Brandon Aiyuk for the Chargers. I know there are some Chargers fans who don't think much of him, I don't know why, he's been solid. I think there's a good chance he does have a breakout season...we'll see.
The golden years of the Oakland Raiders was set up like we are now, thrown away players that have something to prove. It makes a good man a Warrior!. BTFU!!
Palmer busted his ass learning from Keenan and Mike Will to run routes, read defenses, attack DB's weaknesses to get open and put in extra work with Justin to become his go to in clutch situations! Go J & J......Go Bolts!
Palmer did bust his ass to learn from those guys, and it's why I've always liked him. He's a hard worker, he's entering his prime years. He's a pretty physical receiver who is capable of domination smaller DBs. I'm wishing the best for him this season.
This season isn’t just about winning it’s about finding out who wants to be a part of this Jim Harbaugh Chargers team. If you don’t fit you won’t be here. When the chargers cut a guy count it as a blessing because they aren’t playing anymore. We would like to win a Super Bowl someday and Harbaugh is the guy to build and coach this team along with Hortiz
