Using exercises to improve posture and stability, decrease body fat and build lean muscle are appropriate to enhance a model's confidence and booking potential. Hey I saw your other height growth video...you mentioned a few vitamins and supplements and I'm planning on taking GABA and Arginine and also the silver peaks height growth maximiser...can I take them all together at the same time ?
So these exercises help with slimming down on the hips? When you need to lose some inches? I mostly avoid squats because I am scared of getting the opposite results- growing glutes

Before moving to USA, my dream was to become a model, but when I got here and my friend told me about the model industry, I stop that dream. But let me tell you, I can't count how many people that I've asked me if I'm a model in USA.
I want to do it now because I met this girl a month ago and the first thing she asked me is if I'm a model and I said no. She is pushing me hard to go for it. She is even took my pictures that day.
