To do it perfectly they would have to not tease it as a crossover. You'd be watching it just like any other episode and then all of a sudden you see them. Literally every girl just starts screaming hysterically!
Id like to know what supernatural creature could be mistaken for a Metahuman. Since all Supernatural creatures exist in myth in the real world, so if it looks like a Vampire, acts like a Vampire, kills like a Vampire, it's probably a Vampire, not a Metahuman. (using Vampire as example of a supernatural creature) Not to mention the dark matter or whatever its called that they find at the scene of an event to identify if it's a Metahuman attack. And to the rest of you who clearly don't know what a Multiverse is, it consists of parallel universes. Therefore Arrowverse does not exist in Supernaturals Multiverse. It isn't parallel so its not there.

I don't think any TV network has this many popular shows in their prime time lineup right now. So, if there are any records to make or break, i think The CW pretty much has all the cards. Best part is, doing such a thing, I think, would generate a LOT of buzz and arguably cause the ratings of each individual show to dramatically SURGE. There is a lot to gain from such a massive undertaking. So, I would say: WHY NOT?! Hey......... CW network............ 5-show crossover: MAKE IT HAPPEN! ;) (btw, @Liz Daley, scroll up a bit... i posted a separate comment of how I think this could/might possibly work)

Joanna Montana Creation is getting really expensive, the Cons are still great, but is not really accessible y'know, and are sort of exclusive Supernatural Conventions. And Stephen already does other Cons, so he has contracts with other companies. I think a Con in general, not a SPN one or an Arrow one, would be the best, bringing people from different shows together would be awesome, these guys are probably hilarious together.

Having just watched the ULTIMATE crossover "Crisis On Earth X"..... I can only say that the only way that can be topped is if there was some way to do a FIVE SHOW CROSSOVER with Supernatural............... somehow. Think about it. DC Comics deals with time travel, super powers, aliens, and even magic.......... yes....... magic! And Supernatural has dealt with magic......... and even Nephilims that can tear rips between worlds. 'The Flash' has a main character, whose power pretty much revolves around opening 'breaches' into other worlds. So.......... a 5-way crossover? It can totally happen. Should it happen? I'm gonna be greedy and say a big, resounding: "YUH!"

There are a couple of possible ways this crossover could happen. But the one way it could for sure happen is if Constantine is involved, the other possible way is if Barry travels dimensions and just runs into them
No, they can't travel to other TV show Multiverses because a Multiverse only consists of parallel universes. Unless the show is about traveling to other TV show Multiverses (every episode being a crossover to another TV show) then there is no way that they can travel to a Multiverse that doesn't exist in their Multiverse. Supernaturals Multiverse only consists of parallel universes to the original one and same with Arrowverse.
