What is this coconut fiber? Do u make it yrself. There is also coconut coir. What is that?

Both are the middle part of the coconut skin which is in the form of fibers.
Coarse coconut skin fibers we call - cocochips
We call the fine coconut fiber - cocopeat.
I bought it at a farm shop.
