To be honest, I wonder who would win in a fight between Sonic and Rouge. I’ve only somewhat followed the franchise over the years and the only time I’ve seen them fight one-on-one is in Sonic Battle, and that’s player-controlled. In all fairness, it’s another odd friendship in the series since they have limited interaction and not an impressive amount of mutual friends, just like how Amy oddly gets along with Shadow. 🤷🏻♂️
