C option may be incorrect because..first e- transfer form QA to QB does not convet it to plastosemiquinon instead it reduce QB to QBH2.

May be I am wrong but still I want to share my thoughts....
Option no. A.... Electron Qa per transfer hone ke baad hi pehla plastosemiquinone bana so option A is technically correct
But Option no. C... Bhi correct hai
