- My name is Richa, and I'm here to share my experience of training Muay Thai at @PunchitMuayThai as a woman. Muay Thai is a combat sport that originated in Thailand and is known for its powerful kicks and strikes. It's a great way to get a full-body workout and learn self-defense.
Training Muay Thai as a woman was an incredible experience for me. I found it to be empowering as I learned how to defend myself and build strength and confidence. I was able to push myself to my limits and learn new techniques every day. It was also a great way to make friends and meet like-minded people.
If you're a woman considering it, I highly recommend it! It's an incredibly rewarding experience and a great way to challenge yourself and stay active.

Glad you enjoyed it!
The true Muaythai facts also has 3 levels too. For sport, respect your opponent, abide by Muaythai rules & regulations (Attack attempt whilst opponent fell on the floor is prohibited). The second, for street fight or self defense mode: Control yourself, defending and counter-attack until your opponent pass out or giving up the fight. The third, on war: we'll kill the opponent until either of us dead with 9 limbs.
very cool! thanks for sharing
There' re 3 levels of Muaythai. As a sport, for helping improve your cardio, physical & self-defense. The key of entering Muaythai is protection yourself, mind control & building yourself endure for entire attack attempt. The second step, knowing the way to fight back with Muaythai fighting pattern by overcoming yourself (without anger feeling). The third step is prepare yourself for trial fight. Win or loose doesn't matter. We respect our opponent in the ring. it's just Muaythai skill exchange.
