Hannah’s top flickering as her bp was taken was confusing me, lol. I wonder what about the pumping action caused the capture on the camera to alter for a second each time. Very intriguing and if anyone here knows the how and why, I’d love to learn!

It could be due to electromagnetic interference. Blood pressure monitors generate electrical signals and If the camera is close to the BP monitor, it might pick up this interference, causing the flicker in the video.
