Sir, what will happen if Conventional or Basal implants got failed due poor oral hygene maintenance as in case of quadriplegia patient or bedridden patient as in old age, can not brushing both times , may lead to oral infection like gingivitis,plague,tartar or periimplantitis ,then what is solution? for both either convntional or basal implant. does it removable ?
