I cannot get the software to download at all and I have followed every instruction I could find. I am on the verge of sending it back for a Logitech, I guess there is a reason the price was 40 dollars cheaper.......

Only disappointment is zero control over camera focus. There should be a manual focus option like the Logitech webcams. I'm having troubles keeping the camera focused while I'm in the background under low light.

Maybe OBS Studio would allow you to manual focus.
