You can search for the ringtone in the browser. If you go inside it, you will get the option to download. Zedge is the one I download the tone.

Are you referring on how to download song to the phone?, You can directly download using Chrome browser, transfer from other phones using Quick share, WhatsApp etc. If you have your song on PC, connect your phone to PC and transfer.
