Your videos have an elegance and genius that are unrivaled. Great work, and beautiful course!
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 well done sir. That was a great watch and tribute. Glad you made that putt
Great tribute to Seve Andy. He would look down and smile. Royal Lytham was the first Open course I played, 25 years ago. You're so right, we can walk their footsteps. Played 8 Open courses now, like you, I remember their shots on telly when I was on those courses. I'm not religious, but playing these is close. One of your best Andy, thanks for the hard work to put these out mate. Cheers
Just watched this with a tear in my eye Andy!...... Awesome work 👍🏻🙏
Excellent video, what a gorgeous course
Played here yesterday. Place is awesome.
Magic gone but never forgotten, one of your best, thanks Andy
Don’t no what to say just a fantastic video one of the best ever golf videos I seen on here
Bought back the memories of Seve second win at Latham
18th chip shot standing right opposite him watching the ball just lipping hole goosebumps just writing this
Thank you for bring that back to memory back 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
ANDY,WON'T BE MANY VIDEOS BETTER THAN THIS,A STAR IN THE MAKING
What a lovely video, well done Andy. Great tribute to a fine course and a true champion.
Excellent 👍🏌️♂️⛳playing here a week Tuesday,a big part of the reason is the greats who have walked the links in the past including the great Seve.
Fantastic video that pal im in 👌🏻🏌🏻♂️⛳️ “a touch of class baby”🏌🏻♂️
Andy, what one of the most moving and gracious video to an icon of my childhood and who inspired and encouraged people to be passionate about sport without being obnoxious. This is by far the best video by you and love the move you have away from he typical golf video. Well done for being like Seve and being passionate for what you do and being brave enough to let your talent shine through.
Keep it up.
Dave
Your vlogs are fast becoming some of the best productions on YT Andy. Please keep these coming. Royal Lytham St Annes looks even more incredible without all the grand stands and crowds. Wow, wow, wow, what a course.
@14:31 “The years pass and the dreams fade. Hopes of sporting greatness, well, they’ve long disappeared. …” God, that hit a chord. Got me feeling really quite sad. I feel your disappointment, your resignation that life didn't quite deliver what you had hoped. But you know what? Your golfing conciliation prize isn't half bad, is it?
Beautiful, Andy, thank you.
Just another brilliant video - so good 👍🏻 well done keep them coming they really are worth watching - thankyou
Great clutch putt....very nice course and looks tough...
A wonderful film. Our generation marvelled at the majesty of Seve... he is so sorely missed. Im playing Lytham next month with my son... this film is further inspiring me for that day
Wow - I was well in’ up when you left that put short ! Great finish.
As for Seve I first saw him at the old Benson & Hedges at Fulford when he first came over here
All the other pro’s were telling people to get out and watch the next big superstar, the only thing he and I had in common that
Day was we were both wearing FLARES - oh happy days !
I am no film maker but that Andy was bloody brilliant! Loved it from start to finish. Seve was a genius.
Brilliant episode Andy! You are making some great content. Keep it up!
Andy I think this was one of the best vlogs I have ever watched. Keep them coming.
Bravo!
Your hero and mine. I think of him each time I play, trying to emulate my hero, it sometimes works and i give it the fist pump when it does, thinking of him as if it was he that had helped me play the shot. We miss you. Rest in peace Seve
One word Andy ....... Magnificent.
Thanks
This was a wonderful tribute Andy. I hope Seve’s son see’s it. Your videos have such a beautiful style.
I was born in 1971. My dad took me to the golf course in 1982. I became hooked and have loved this game ever since. I aspired to be a professional alas only getting to 5 handicap. I remember asking to stay up late in 1983 to watch Seve win the masters. He’s been my golfing idol ever since. He’s a legend. For me my ultimate 4 ball would be my father, Seve and Jack Nicklaus. If there is an after life he is the saint of chipping.
Kudos Andy! Excellent tribute to Seve. Absolutely loved that your last putt found the cup. Cheers!
What a tremendous video! How did I miss this one when it posted? Sure glad I caught up.
I am a bit too young to have appreciated Seve in his prime, but the movie on his bio was what piqued my interest originally. Watching every UA-cam video out there and reading his biographies I couldn’t help but feel inspired by his magic, his charisma and the greatest hands in golf. Professional golf although great, is a different game nowadays, there’s a lack of individuality in my opinion. You don’t see many self taught natural players like Seve anymore. RIP Seve, you are missed and will never be forgotten.
Seve was my Golf Hero too. I had the privilege to watch him play in the World Matchplay at Wentworth a year or two before he won the Open at RLSA. I loved his passion and his go-for-it grit. For a 12-year-old, he was everything you wanted in a golf role model...good stuff Andy...
Andy great video ,the best ,🏴
Brilliant Andy👍
Andy,Like Seve this was class!!👌🏆🏌️♂️
Great Par Putt on 18 Andy. Brilliant Video. The Navy Slazenger Jumper is definitely one of the most iconic pieces of Sports Clothing ever. 👍🏻
Stunning vlog again Andy. Unrivaled on UA-cam
That was lovely. Thank you.
Great job Andy.....thank you for the memories...
An absolutely beautiful vlog Andy! The cinematography was great, the sentiment was spot on!!!
Really nice video. Your production quality seems to get better with each vlog.
Great video Seve would be proud
Lovely experience for you buddy. I've had the enormous pleasure and great privilege of playing a competitive round on the course....It got the better of me but it was a great joy never the less.
loved it x
You're videos are superb pal
Beautiful... just beautiful!!! Thank you 😊
lovely video. most enjoyable.....
Excellent. Didn't realise the great man was gone that long. Great memories. Thanks Andy 👍
Good God, what a great vlog. Well done, Andy.
Thank you. Well done. ⛳️🏌🏽♂️
What only the Green Boxes! Great video Andy.
Beautiful
Fantastic tribute, congrats on your par at the last!
Pure gold Andy. It is funny to think of how Seve's waywardness actually resulted in him being the amazing golfer he was. I actually remember watching him and hoping he would hit a crap shot so as we could see his brilliance.
Absolutely an awesome vlog Andy could be your best so far mate QUALITY 👏👏
Great film Andy, lovely tribute 👍🏌️♂️
Yes that was a masterpiece mate. Memories of the great man came flooding back.
Lovely v-log Andy and so suitably attired 😉
Really nice video. Looked great, very well presented.
Tremendous vlog. Great play too. Thanks
Lovely tribute........ broke my heart when he died so young 😢
Great film about the great man and good to see Lytham in its usual pristine condition.
Brilliant production once again Andy, I seem to have missed your week of golf after the rain stopped you, great way of presenting course vlogs, love the poetry and prose too, 👍
Very very good 👍👍
Another great video Andy. Missed out playing there 2 year ago because of an illness but your video makes me want to make sure I definately play the course. Great homage to the brilliant Seve
thank you Andy that was one of the best videos I've ever watched by any youtuber wonderfull to see...
Big compliment
Fantastic Video vlog Andy i am sure Seve was looking down at you with jealously and willing the ball in the hole. Thanks, like you Seve was my hero and Royal Lytham St Annes will always be a up there as a very special place in the hearts of his fans.
Beautifully done. Thank you for giving me an inside look at an iconic course and the story of the larger than life Seve to tie it all together.
Outstanding job, thank you Andy. The 18th with the classic clubhouse in the background it really sends you back in time.
Thank you Richard
The best golf youtube video I have ever watched. Pure class.
Wow, thank you Simon
Magic I can feel the emotions😪
A friend of mine was the policeman who caddied for Seve in the 76 open, Dick Draper , a great bloke and a fantastic golfer.
Lump in my throat & tear in my eye at one point. Lovely video.
Oh mate this brought tears to my eyes, i loved watching seve what a great video!
Sorry 😂🥲
What an amazing tribute to the legend. I can't believe he only hit 9 fairways in '79, that is a crazy stat!
Great stuff 👌
Great video Andy you also played well ,fantastic tribute to one of the greats!
Real quality vlog Andy, I've been so fortunate to have played Royal Lytham a few times and that walk up the 18th is one of the best feelings ever!!!
Great video, Seve was a great player and is missed.
Very nice video.
Absolutely magical.
Thank you
Great vid Andy and I think that you did Seve and Lytham justice.
I always enjoyed watching Seve play at the Opens in the NW, but you couldn't get anywhere near him for all his adoring female fans!
Andy, This is a great series of videos and well worth the watch. At the time i watched this i couldn't believe how few views it has got. The new style of the channel is really good so don't be disheartened keep up the good work and i look forward to the next video
Nice film Andy, I remember seeing the shot from the car park on TV. A woman said something and he gave her some cheek back. Madam, I know you are nervous but I am nervous too or something like that and then he put it on the green ! Course looked immaculate as you'd expect, not a blade of grass out of place.
Awesome vlog 😉🏌️♂️⛳️🍻 and well played .
Awesome video Andy 👍🏽
Great video Andy, Seve was a true genius of the game. I remember my grandad getting me into golf and him always telling me to watch how Seve does it.
He was a genius
Excellent Vlog again Andy, some day I might have the opportunity to play there 😊
A fitting tribute to a legend
I hope so thxs
A beautiful tribute to the legend Seve and also Lytham st Anne's. I've been to watch a couple of opens here. Actually missed Tom Lehman's win queing under the 18 grandstand! This vlog has a real quality feel about it. You are really killing it in terms of production. Top bunker play by the way Andy😃👍
Another great video Andy. It’s true what yousay about the Open venues. They are really something special. Played 5 of them. Like most, I like watching cricket and tennis but I will never get the chance to play at Lords or Wimbledon; but I can play at an Open venue. Had chance to play at Royal Lytham when I was on a break at Ribby Hall in March 2019. Chose not to and on day I was due to play there were lots of snow flurries and a horrendous wind. Looked like a good decision.
Seems like you made the right decision
can only assume the 3 thumbs down are mistakes!. Great film mate
Billy Foster has been heard to say that they looked at misses right or left and decided a miss to the right was the better option.
You stopped seeling the hat you wore in this vid ? Cheers
what can you say class vlogs
Cheers again
Audio is distorting
