@@ΙΟΑΝΝΗΣΕΙΚΟΣΠΕΝΤΑΚΗΣ Yes you can. Both merits and rss healing achivements were worded 'gain X on a season map' (KvK map), not 'before/by the season summary'. So after season summary we still had 3 days to complete them.
