Easy Spanish Tortilla | Tortilla espagnole facile

Easiest and delicious SpanishTortilla or Spanish omelette, it's my mum's recipe... she cooks the onions and potatoes together in one pot, this saves so much time and effort instead of the traditional recipe where the potatoes are deep fried separately. Great served cold as an appetizer- recommend trying it :)
