- Could have been a fantastic product but broke very quickly.
No way to contact the manufacturer directly.
So if you don't have the receipt; it is instant expensive garbage.

Mine also have similar issue, unable to power on and charge after few rounds of charging. Really a big disappointment at the built quality.

It is not yours. Product is not very durable at all. Mine stopped working after a few months.
Bought one, and when I got mine, the throttle control is unresponsive, and it won't charge

I bought it because it advertised as a hair dryer, but after my hair stucked inside it's just suddenly broken and no way to fix....it's broken first time I used within 2 mins...
That's bad luck. Seems it is not a good design.

My jetfan 2 has stopped working, I need to know how to open this.
I have no idea. I tried to open it but think it is red thread locked shut which requires heat to loosen. It might not be threaded at all. Let us know if you figure out how to open it.
@@smallmodelcollector I found the right way to open it. At the base of the jetfan where you connect the charger, that part is fitting and if you hit a fine-tipped tool and gradually circulate, that part will disengage.

@@smallmodelcollectoryup! I just bought another blower on Amazon. It’s made by SDFM. It took me months to decide if I wanted to buy it or not.. after this kica fan was such a waste of money I didn’t want to have that happen again. It’s crazy how expensive these are.
So far, this fan is way stronger than the kica 2.0. I’m pretty happy with it. Tomorrow is my first day back at work and I’m excited to try it out. I’m a barber and this will help me clean my station, client, tools and clothes off. Nice to have one that actually works.
Mine won’t blow on high for more than 20 something seconds 30 seconds now after about 9 months or so kinda bummed because the thing looks like there’s noway to open it I’m sure it requires a heat gun and a vice but I don’t want to oval it you know
I agree, I think it is threadlocked shut. I think I will scratch it trying to heat it and take it apart.
I bought a defective one and I intend to open it in a video, there are no videos opening the kica! 😅

my diy jetfan is better than this, its 200g of thurst
