I was sitting and drinking my hot chocolate when my boyfriend came in and walked over and asked if I was okay. I lost it and started crying. When my bff(who hates my boyfriend with a passion) saw me, she totally lost it and went nuts on him! Moral of story, keep on faking it until you've convinced even yourself that you are okay.
Thanks guys for the support. Sadly, we broke up, but it's going to be okay. I have great girl friends and guy friends who help me through my problems. My advice is to convince yourself you are okay, but also be willing to let someone in. Don't turn to anything self-destructive. Just talk it out with someone you trust. Or do something that you enjoy that calms you.
