I read a few weeks ago ..Rain on your wedding day is good luck because it signifies that your marriage will last. As you know, a knot that becomes wet is extremely hard to untie - therefore, when you “tie the knot” on a rainy day, your marriage is supposedly just as hard to unravel! 🥰

It rained the whole week and a little the rehearsal night before our wedding. The morning of, the sun came out and shown in the stained glass windows of the pretty Church we had the wedding at. I immediately found out I had a medical issue the wedding night! But we are still together and it has made us stronger! Still praying for babies! Congrats on your wedding! Single can be a blessing if you'll let it. I used to not want to be alone, but my marriage did not turn out well. Try 17 years of mental abuse. If I could do over again ... I would not marry. And at 65 have no plans to every marry again. Because I find the single life a real blessing. And will never let the words, When in doubt...Don't do it. Go by the way side. Also finding your special person does not mean happiness. Do not rely on another to make you happy, instead find happiness in yourself and things around you. Hope this helps😊💟💟

My wedding day was exactly the same, so stormy the night before and when I woke up in the morning. I didn't mind so much as it was October and my decor was gothic/halloween/dark fantasy so it fitted the atmosphere. But when it was time for the ceremony the sun came out and the birds were singing and it was so magical 😊

It was a “disintegrating hurricane “ going by - at noon, the candles were giving off light to the church, it was so dark. Everyone said it was the best day, and indeed to us it was wonderful 😊. I had an Italian family visit our home specifically to see our hummingbirds. We had about 40 that year and they would sit on your finger to feed. Europe and no other continents in the world have hummingbirds only the Americas. They took hundreds of photos.
