I think a good bonus for it would be something related to the fishing streak making it stronger over time with the bones strengthening every 10 or 15 fish
The funniest thing about allowing C$ to be purchased is that those deals are literally terrible. 25k for 899 robux, which is only a one time deal before it goes up? 25k does NOT take a long time to get if you have proper rods and enchants. I'm glad they went this route, rather than giving you enough to completely ruin the game for you for a few hundred robux.
Passive for relic rod idea number 2: The relic rod starts off with a 1x base chance for relics. Catching a relic with the relic rod will increase the odds of finding relics to 1,1x for 5-10 minutes. If you catch another relic during this time, the chance stacks and you get a 1,2x higher chance to find relics. This stacks until a maximum of 1,5x and the streak ends when the 5-10 minutes are up without catching another relic. Please give constuctive criticism on if it should be changed, buffed or nerfed.
@@TimmynImInYourSkin Yeah I was thinking of nerfing the boost duration a bit 5 minutes is kinda alot of time to catch another relic (maybe in like the depths) and stack the luck boost duration.
Honestly I appreciate the fact that they made the most expensive offer cost alotta robux for a small amount since it encourages grinding but I don't think that is why everyone is mad. Its the idea and the concept, they promised they wouldn't turn this game into a p2w game and yet they added the ability to purchase gold, which as said before isn't bad as of right now but it shows that their willing to start small and that in the future it could very well escalate to higher p2w levels.
Everyone complaining about "P2W", even just mid-game, you can earn more than 25k from 20 mins of fishing. I don't get why people are saying "I'm going to quit this game because it's becoming pay2win!" If someone rather spend $10 on 25k in-game coins, than buying server boost, that's on them. They lose more robux than gain from it. I've only played fisch for a week and a half, I've already gotten the Rod of depths. *note* I don't use auto-hotkey/scripts, nor do I own any of the gamepasses. Again, the robux for coins isn't at all beneficial unless you're new. Just think of it as another way of supporting the devs, 25k coins is nothing.
possible relic rod passive: each time you catch fish you have a 50% chance to get a bone from a random fish (can be really common like sardine's bone or really rare like nessie's bone) and you can sell them as well as the fish you got (rarer the bone more money you get)and there will be a new npc called archeologist who is the only npc you can sell the bones or just that this npc buys them with a higher multiplier (like with albino fish), and also bones shouldn't be really expensive so they probably would cost 0.5x cost of the fish whose bone you got, or just simple mutation called skeletal that just gives x1.5 multiplier)
If none than less would be something near percentage and not multiplier. Pretty sure it's going to work like Destiny's rod passive with shiny and sparkling where they sell for percentage numbers instead of multiplier numbers, still, it's a huge step up for beginners and ngl, it's a cool looking rod.

Hi this is what i think about what they should add They should make it Have a chance of getting more relics and more res becuase it for new people so the game will be easily played!

The passive I would give to relic rod would most likely be that it is easier to get relics with it, but it is a beginner rod. Most likely instead; Bones are easier to catch and bones sell for more, I think beginners could use a good money making rod besides the magnet rod that costs alot.
a cool passive would be it electrocuting a couple of fish when you start catching one, so that you get multiple fish when you catch it. it would happen every 5 catches
%2 sunken chance would be not bad , new players can get lucky sometimes. If they manage to get a sunken mythical its like 8.5x of its value so would be pretty cool
No lol that's simply just rumors being spread around... This rod was added into the game to simply hype up the upcoming update, it's limited and will NOT be required for anything Megalodon related as it would be completely dumb to lock the biggest content behind something that if you missed this week you wouldn't be able to enjoy...
I hope relic rod doesn't just give an increased chance of gaining relics. Instead, I think it'd have an ability to enchant the rod multiple times and keep multiple different enchants on it, or if an enchant it placed on it it's twice as effective. Much more unique than a mutation or "increased chance of x" but that's just my opinion
For a passive: the rod has a 15% chance of turning fish prehistoric. The fish has some bones showing therefore lowering the weight, but given a good trait like Atlantean, abyssal, or lunar. Is this good or is it too overpowered? I feel like it would take away something special form other rods like trident, but at the same time it would be good for progression for new people.
new rod passive : has a chance of the fish being a skeleton which will be a new mutaion (10-20% chance) which then can sell for more - mutaion can only be obtain with that rod
people saying p2w just doesn’t understand how its actually a loss buying those xD (its easy to grind money). and also devs gotta make money for themselves you cant just expect devs to update and not profit. its like getting a job that pays you so little for lots of work
i think the passive should be something like everytime you catch a fish there is a chance to fish another fishes skeleton at the same time and the skeleton should worth 50% less because its a starter rod
if i can add a passive to the rod, imma add increase 20% of getting a relic after ten times fishing just like the sunken (sunken rod increase 25% of catching a map after 10 fish), so it would be fit the rod's name and farming relic would be easier with hasty on the rod
Passive concept : when u catch fishes with this rod u have a chance to get a special bone. Collest all 5 of them and u can make a special bone fish. There would be a Common, Uncommon, Rare, Legendary, Mythical and a special event fish. You could of course trade these fishes for money.
the passive would either for it to be 40% more easier to get enchant relics or for a mutation making the fish a bonelike version of itself and with a 30% chance, the mutation will also be 2.5x more
The stats should be buffed and it should be more pricey, these are stats to the Scurvy Rod. Looking forward to the Megalodon and the Relic Rod. Maybe the Relic Rod will be able to catch the Megalodon?
You should ask them to make the passive that they catch fossils over time easier than other rods like sunken rod with treasure maps and you can put those fossils together to make a cool fish and sell for good money
The only thing I don't like about fisch is that the best rods are "do a bunch of things then pay up" not just do thing to get a rod it always need money for rods
i got all the bones but dr finneus keeps telling me to get more, anyone why? I got all 10 bones already, do you have to do it in a single server? I kinda left midway so...
Hey carbon a lot of information on this video, but i wanted to know if this event is added (ancient isles) will "The depths" and "The rod of the depths" be unobtainable?
Tbh I don't understand why everyone is so freaked out by the coin packs From this vid it seems that those packs are not worth it at all cuz farming is just easier 25k might be big for early game but it's already not worth it even during mid game. Unless they change the prices and amount of coins from these packs I think it's going to be fine for now.
everyone says 25k for 900 robux is criminal but what if they do this so it seems alright and slowly they change the deals until people get game money worth for their robux i genuienly still think this is the first step they take to make it p2w, except they dont make it extreme so it seems “okay”, imo as long as the deals dont change/ if they make them worse
I reallly hope they buff aurora rod. Its base sucks catch wise and to make it make ends meet you need to sacrifice its enchantability. Resilience control and more. Also trident lost most of its slash chance and it is kinda REALLY mid now.
People complaining about being able to buy credits, when there are exploiters lagging servers and getting insane amounts of stuff for free is mind boggling. One is an actual severe problem right now, and is far more concerning
Thanks for the analysis! Just a quick off-topic question: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). Could you explain how to move them to Binance?
Yo carbon there is a glitch which flings you pretty far First u need to cast ur rod on land Then take back the rod while holding S and spamming spacrbar
If they actually add credits buyable with robux Nate will break his promise alot of people will probably hate the game slowly because of it and quit like what im going to do if they add that
The rod should be balance bc they added too much OP rods and for newbie, it must be more rod Also its a place holder so it should have a special ability passive.
For everyone hating on Nate and on Fisch for the cash bundles. First realize that 25k for 900 robux is nonsense and literally doesn't affect the game at all. Unless someone is dumb enough to spent hundreds of real life money for a single rod, it changes nothing about the value of cash. Also, why focus on the p2w? Just play the game, and if you have already finished the game, maybe you forgot how easy it is to get 25k
The stats are the same as the scurvy rod with the same description its a placeholder
That brings me joy

As the name says it, relic rod the passive would be a enchant relic every 5-10 catches
thats very op but yeah good idea!
how about a chance instead of a catch count? that could make it a lot more balanced than a guaranteed prize
plus 10 percent relic chance would be nice for relic rod
So you’re telling me, you are level 500, have 100m c$, and have a whale shark and a barracuda is a new catch?!
a cool passive would be it electrocuting a couple of fish when you start catching one, so that you get multiple fish when you catch it. it would happen every 5 catches
%2 sunken chance would be not bad , new players can get lucky sometimes. If they manage to get a sunken mythical its like 8.5x of its value so would be pretty cool
I think for a passive, it should be you get relics more commonly or Some type of multiplier that turns them into a skeleton version
YES BEST ROD IN THE GAME AFTER THIS NEXT UPDATE WITH THE MEG YOU NEED IT TO EVO IT TO MAGMA AND STEAY ROD LOOK AT MAIN PIC FOR GAME
That's actually a better idea tbh i really like it
For a passive: the rod has a 15% chance of turning fish prehistoric. The fish has some bones showing therefore lowering the weight, but given a good trait like Atlantean, abyssal, or lunar. Is this good or is it too overpowered? I feel like it would take away something special form other rods like trident, but at the same time it would be good for progression for new people.
Maybe not Atlantean but abyssal and lunac
new rod passive : has a chance of the fish being a skeleton which will be a new mutaion (10-20% chance) which then can sell for more - mutaion can only be obtain with that rod
people saying p2w just doesn’t understand how its actually a loss buying those xD (its easy to grind money). and also devs gotta make money for themselves you cant just expect devs to update and not profit. its like getting a job that pays you so little for lots of work
i think the passive should be something like everytime you catch a fish there is a chance to fish another fishes skeleton at the same time and the skeleton should worth 50% less because its a starter rod
Nice vid goat
The passive should be that u can get a relic for 5 percent more, and every enchant u get on the relic rod is 25 percent boosted/ better
the stats are a placeholder they’re a direct copy of the scurvy rod
if i can add a passive to the rod, imma add increase 20% of getting a relic after ten times fishing just like the sunken (sunken rod increase 25% of catching a map after 10 fish), so it would be fit the rod's name and farming relic would be easier with hasty on the rod
As far as the passive, I would say a 10% chance to reel in a “fossil fish” or “amber fish”. You know, the fish in the orange crystals
You could increase the chance maybe
Can you compare trident rod (hasty) vs depths rod (abyssal) with both using rapid catcher for which one is better for money grinding?
Depth rod hasty is good
Yoo i thought of the idea of the relic rod long ago glad they are adding it in
40% chance for fish caught to be partially in amber, which 2x value, and 10% chance for fish caught to be fully in amber which 3.5x value
Carbon, when it releases into the game itself, remember to catch maybe 2x of each fossil, as it is a limited evemt, meaning limited items
Bro after the event is gone the bones would also be gone xd since if the event is limited the bones are too💀
@ sooo. Nessie was limited, but its mot gone?
@@CookieAteMe Don't think so. I still have 2 witch's ingredients in my inv
I think the passive would be a brand new mutation where the fish would just be bones and have a 2x money increase for the fish
Great vid ❤️❤️
Passive concept : when u catch fishes with this rod u have a chance to get a special bone. Collest all 5 of them and u can make a special bone fish. There would be a Common, Uncommon, Rare, Legendary, Mythical and a special event fish. You could of course trade these fishes for money.
the passive would either for it to be 40% more easier to get enchant relics or for a mutation making the fish a bonelike version of itself and with a 30% chance, the mutation will also be 2.5x more
Btw i was just playing and then the game updated lol pretty cool for me first time experiencing update while playing:D
I have an idea for a passive on this rod. Since it's called the Relic rod, it should just have a higher chance to catch relics.
Passive probably just makes it where you can catch ancient fishes around every island
The stats should be buffed and it should be more pricey, these are stats to the Scurvy Rod. Looking forward to the Megalodon and the Relic Rod.
Maybe the Relic Rod will be able to catch the Megalodon?
you helped me get level 100 thanks!
GOAT 🐐🐐🐐
Possible passive: has a 30 percent chance to catch an ancient fish worth 2.5x more, aswell as increasing size
ngl i thought this rod was going to make catching relics easier 😭
That isn't the actual rod it's just the scurvy rod placeholder
Well in my opinion a good thing would be when the rod is called the "relic rod" it would higher the chance of catching an enchanting relic for 5%
You should ask them to make the passive that they catch fossils over time easier than other rods like sunken rod with treasure maps and you can put those fossils together to make a cool fish and sell for good money
Both of those are permenant
@CarbonMeisterPlays AHH U REPLIED OKOK TY FOR ANSWERING
Passive : there is a 30% of a fish been a skeleton making it 9X valuable 😄
The devs themselves claimed that buying C$ will barely give you any progress in the game, still its a cashgrab mechanic nonetheless
Tbh I don't understand why everyone is so freaked out by the coin packs
From this vid it seems that those packs are not worth it at all cuz farming is just easier 25k might be big for early game but it's already not worth it even during mid game. Unless they change the prices and amount of coins from these packs I think it's going to be fine for now.
For me I think the passive would be "there's a chance to get a bone fish that doubles the worth of the fish
everyone says 25k for 900 robux is criminal but what if they do this so it seems alright and slowly they change the deals until people get game money worth for their robux i genuienly still think this is the first step they take to make it p2w, except they dont make it extreme so it seems “okay”, imo as long as the deals dont change/ if they make them worse
I think they should make the passive the longer you stay in the mini game, the slower the fish starts moving
I reallly hope they buff aurora rod. Its base sucks catch wise and to make it make ends meet you need to sacrifice its enchantability. Resilience control and more. Also trident lost most of its slash chance and it is kinda REALLY mid now.
Passive: 20% Would make fishes In Amber (10% Covered in full amber. 20% Half Covered Amber 67% Covered With Amber at the Bottom or Top Of the Fish)
Imagine it’s like the key and you need the fish the bones every time
im pretty sure the stats and price and also description for the rod are just placeholders so it might be alot better and expensive
People complaining about being able to buy credits, when there are exploiters lagging servers and getting insane amounts of stuff for free is mind boggling. One is an actual severe problem right now, and is far more concerning
I have a question for Fisch pros, which is better for cash aurora rod or sunken rod?
Thanks for the analysis! Just a quick off-topic question: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). Could you explain how to move them to Binance?
i think its gonna be like sunked rod but huge chance to get a relic fr fr
Yo carbon there is a glitch which flings you pretty far
First u need to cast ur rod on land
Then take back the rod while holding S and spamming spacrbar
When is he going live
relic rod as the name implies should be a 100% chance to catch relics
Relic Rod has 20% chance to pull up and Ancient Fish, Ancient fish sell for 1.5 or 2 times more
Hello Carbon 👋, hope your having a good day 😀
A good passive since it’s called the relic rod would be a higher chance to catch relics
7:48 The game just became a simulator, Nate has been breaking his promises left and right😢
Hi love the vid
The passive should be every time you fish you have a 5% chance to get a enchant relic when you fish.
Maybe the passive could be easier to get like a amber mutation on fish?
Do you need to complete the bestiary to complete the quest or do u need the bones and turn them in to complete the quest?
I really hope they change the boat mechanics. it’s honestly so annoying to steer.. other than that, perfect game 10/10
You sound like fusionzgamer
maybe the RELIC rod's passive will be that it has like a 10%+ chance to get relics?
People complaining that this will ruin the game. If only there was a way to farm just as much money in only 15-30 mins AT ANY POINT IN THE GAME
If they actually add credits buyable with robux Nate will break his promise alot of people will probably hate the game slowly because of it and quit like what im going to do if they add that
The rod should be balance bc they added too much OP rods and for newbie, it must be more rod
Also its a place holder so it should have a special ability passive.
The passive should be relic hunter where you have a 45% more of a chance to get relics
its a relic rod so i think the devs might give it a 35% boost on getting enchant relics
