if you plan to upgrade your mic, I would recommend the elgato wave LP mic arm. basically you can mount it behind your monitors and just slide it out when you need it so that it doesnt cover your second monitor and also so the mic arm isn't taking up so much of the horizontal space. also for the mic, I would recommend a rode podmic with a wave xlr and a wave xlr cable (make sure you get a shock mount adapter since the one that comes with the podmic doesnt work on the LP mic arm.
The issue you have with your scroll wheel might just be an issue with dust so if you just blow on the scroll wheel from above it should be fixed :). It worked for me

you complained abut the scroll wheel on your mouse which is a problem on that mouse specifically, it has an easy fix though, it just needs to be cleaned
You should've gotten a Glorious Model O or a Logitec G Pro X Superlight. Both should be wired for less mouse lag. Also if you get the G Pro X I would get the superglides for them
