I love TBM and have listened to all their stuff-I've even pledged for their new album. However, I'm curious if anyone else has picked up on some significant influences in their songs. At this song 2:29 reminds me a lot, albeit a totally different vocal style, of Tears for Fears-Suffer the Children. Then there's an even more obvious one: Goodnight by TBM vs. Midlife Crisis by Faith No More. I'm just wondering if anyone else has picked up on this. In any case-great band, looking forward to the new album.
Gorgeous music from B-Mass as always, though the vocoder effect on Chibi's voice in that brief part it is used in freaks me out a bit, but that's just coz synthetic vocal tones have made me antsy since I was quite young... as you might imagine, that phobia has had quite an impact on my enjoyment of a lot of modern music in particular lol ;)

That's a stretch. She's nowhere near as skilled as some of the big names out there. But she's definitely good on her own right and pretty unique and I love her for that.

Faith No More is one of Chibi's favorite bands, so the second comparison would make sense.
