I’m always so impressed with the great relationships you have with your employees. If all bosses were like Mr. Digg, we’d all be much happier to go to work every day (and probably get a lot more done too!).
Mr. Dig, your the envy of a lot of employers with the relation you have with your employees, !
Please more music like this, amazing epic motion tv style, good intro, BigAl California thanks
Thank You Ryan so Very MULCH for Everything You Do To Bring Us Good Content Really Appreciate It!!!
Woooo I do love mulch season.
Another great video. Thanks Mr Ryan
Enjoy Your Dinner 😀
Thank you for sharing once again i enjoy
Yea yard waste is definitely a win,win at landfills. I know we charged a flat rate to take it. Then after we sorted it we would use some to make “premium” mulch, then the “dirty” stuff we used for cover. But you being only a C&D you probably don’t have to cover your working face every night, so it’s all sellable. That’s just a smart business decision! As always man this was a very enjoyable video!
Well at least ya gave it a try bro, thank goodness there ain't smellavision. Good all round video too. Ken.
Beautiful compost or beautiful content 🤔🤓The things you do for the channel! 😊
Ive installed more yards of mulch than I can count. I don’t mind the browns but black and red suck to install. Love seeing everything Wide Open!!!!!
Hello Mr. Digg. Love the videos!!
Boy that new expansion seems to be filling up fast.
That grinder is violence and mayhem in action!😸
I just found this channel and it so fascinating man. All the different things that you have going on is wild. I love watching it all.
Love that mulcher.
I like how you give all brands of equipment a chance. I ran a WA-800 Komatsu with a 25 ton coal bucket and it was down very little.
I love watching. Wood getting shredding 🇳🇿♻️
Hey Ryan, It's Only 80f There, Darn, It's A Lovely 25f Here In Chicago!! LOL Later Brother!! Peace-out!! Stay Warm, Dry And SAFE!! P.S. Brother I Have To Send You Pictures Of "MULCH" Piles, The Company I Worked For Use To Stack Them In 1Million Cubic Yard Piles!! The Last Year I Was There They Sold 48 Million Yards!!
Thank you for sharing!
Great job 👍🏻
Looks like teeth on that feeder drum in the B66 are due for some love. It’s amazing what that machine can do to those logs
Those scrap slabs of the saw mill, you should cut it,split it,sell kindling wood for starting the wood stove.Thats what we did on the family with our scraps, but we didn't sell it but you could use it for dad's stove, and all the others you mentioned
We did that with a trommel screen here in Knoxville! Worked great!!
U always have awesome videos.👍💜
Great video, Ryan.
Always enjoy then. Great drone and music in the intro.
Thank you for sharing! Hope you enjoyed your dinner!😂
Thanks for sharing! 💪🏼💪🏼
First, absolutely loved the high up drone footage intro this morning. Have Brandon change out the breaker on the generator, I think its getting weak and pops off as soon as it gets heated up.
Another great one love love watch man I could do that all day long the chicken stuff I don’t know about, but thanks for posting it
Thanks we got 8” of snow last night so rub it in 😂😂😂😂
You will find that the cone splitter will work a lot better if you go in through the sides of the wood instead of the ends. Take care
U got some awesome employees Ryan, business is booming right now an that's good , thanks for sharing an I look forward to seeing the next video, c'mon bud, stomach them baby chicks bud 🤣🤣, kidding, I would have hurled, I know the smell🇺🇲🤙👍💪✊🇺🇲🇺🇲
tree knew it was screwed. i'll bet you'd love Surströmming. maybe get a can and you guys can pass it around, maybe you and Coco on trashy tuesday? we fans would love it.
We salute your bravery in going near the chook pit!!
The Scottish terms for the smell are 'thats boggin' or thats loupin'...
hope the lasagne was good!
Good effort
Colorizer trommel I've seen is usually a solid drum with with paddles and auger to discharge i set one up before the one company i worked for had the hands in the company that makes the dye and color units
Luv your diversity of products, have you considered taking sawdust from Mills, you could screen it , wash it , dry it , bag it and sell it to people with wood burners or bbq , cuz it makes great firelighter
awesome landfill video
Vicks-vapo-rub under your nose. THANKS for enduring that 👍👍😎😎Rock On!
Howdy Mr DiGG
Vermont uses, some places, use just red hemlock bark only, and double chew it,and its perfect. Really works well, and it's beautiful, way better than died mulch, but,I have to give you credit, your mulch looks great,I just hate die in it!!
I still am amazed, you doing YT-V AND running several businesses, I take my hat off for you - and THANK YOU so much for doing this, love it
One question though: The coloring -is it industrial or natural? Just wondering 😊
The egg thing - just don't do it, you can film inside your truck, we think it's okay 👍🏼
Thanks Ryan
Thanks for watching!
Another great video Ryan you turn one product into another and save space in the landfill and make money but the machine to do that is not cheap looked like oak wood good for burning for heat the chicken pit that's a different story how long does it take to break down so you get very little are no odor always good watching you go through all the businesses you have and the people who work for you are good employees but you a good boss well you answered it you got egg first now you got the chicken lol have a good day my friend be waiting for next video
Good job
I reckon you could scrape a foot or more off the surface of the mulch yard & sell it as soil improver. 😁
Great video keep it up
23:04 the local factory egg farm takes all the birds getting liquidated into a giant semi trailer sized grinder that turns them into pink dog food paste, I worked for the electrician, we had to replace a motor once, the smell from that machine turned me off chicken for weeks. they incinerate all the already dead ones, oddly right before lunch, you get a waft of fried chicken.
That should make some great compost tho!
You look so happy when you said go look at the chicken pit
I enjoyed it as always
@0:50 the blue stain on that section is telling you that there's metal in that piece. Likely the bottom of an oak cut for timber, and they cut the stain out to not put metal in the mill!
And when you split it- definitely a type of red oak.
❤ from Norway
Hope your feelin better Ryan. Busy as usual down there I see
Feeling MUCH better thanks!
I was kind of figuring with all the storm debris y’all would have plenty material to grind.
Nice video and I hope you enjoyed your moms lasagna. The same in the Netherlands, two sunny days and everyone is prepping their gardens, even in February or March. And then we get two weeks of frost... All there new planted... Curious to see how the Hyundai 30 ton truck is going to compare with the Volvo, apart from the shape of the bed DP and tmbts w ere quite pleased with it. Thumbs up!
Rotochopper and rotten eggs. Have a thumbs-up buddy. I'd give you another one for the intro, but youtube only allows one.
Thanks Ryan. I have a lawn that has difficulty with growing grass due to large trees. Many of them. What can I do to grow grass in a not so much sun action. Its also very rough due to patchy growth.
That sure beats a splitting maul.. and you need to just hush up about it being 80 degrees while I'm still in winter temps.. snow in the forecast!! Lolol jk happy for you 😂
Splitting maul is just $299,988.00 cheaper.
Another excellent video Ryan, do you think shipping some compost to the UK would be expensive 😂 it’s definitely looks better and sounds better than our local compost
Bet you're missing Black Beauty again 😂
Do you see any new machines getting added to the mulch operation anytime soon?
Good morning Ryan hope you're having a great day it's cold and big snow coming this week for central Illinois. I was wondering do you sell firewood as well with all the trees you get in or it all goes to mulch.
Love the video Ryan. Question, Why do you have to let the mulch sit for 24hrs before you can sell it? Peter
Good Jod's
You need to put s golf course on the property like waste management!
You need NYE 250 SHX Stump Shears and trees.
Ever try something like vicks vapor rub in your nose before going to the compost bin?
Always a great video! Just curious if you sell an un-dyed mulch or if there is even a market for that?
22:45 is HILARIOUS ENJOY THE LAZANGA
On the B66 how often do you need to replace the feed roller or do you weld on new teeth?
Last load of trash I dumped at our landfill was $87 a ton that was 2 years ago
Mulch!
Hey Ryan, do you have any big customers like Walmart for your mulch? Also another great video and educational.
I hope your dinner stays down 😊
Lasagna was delicious!
@TheRealMrDiGG it's Irish stew weather here 😋
Mr Ryan, a question for you. Would a slow speed shredder be a better stating place for the LARGE wood pieces, then feed that material to the grinder? You could do away with the screw attachment and remove the metal while burning less fuel? Just a thought. 7F here today, -4 tonight. Thank you for another Great video from Southern Manitoba Canada. Cheers !!
That mt 206 looks new did yall get another one?
Wondering, do you guys make Bio Char?
Do you have engine overheating trouble with all the sawdust on the radiator on the big grinder?
🙂
Spring mode?!? Heck, I'm in Edmonton Alberta (US 51st state), and it's -20C with 2 feet of snow on the ground!!!🥶
Just asking, With the compost mixture, when it is used in your garden, is there any carry over of odour to the household garden. At what stage is it odour free.??????
Stat running a night shift
Sorry buddy but you had me rolling out of my chair laughing with the faces you were making at the chicken pit. Enjoy dinner. See you on the next one.
Mr Digg do you know if black beauty will be back this season?
your average homeowner wood splitter could split those chunks! just section them as you do it not that long of chunks
i feel like buckin billing ray would of had the stumps done a lot quicker with his axe lol
We compact wood ,,sawdust,, in cylinders, like 1/4 inch diameter 1/2 inch long call them pellets and burn them in stove s.
@Mr. DiGG hey Ryan got wood
First! 🎉
You're quick! 🏆
put a respirator on
is it me or are the "teeth" on the intake roller on the b66 getting dull?
Ryan, how long does the mulch sit in windrows, viewing from County Sligo Ireland 🇮🇪 🇺🇦🤠🚲📷✍
Given the blown down trees in the area, why not visit the homes and offer a free or cheap service to remove the trees back to your facility? Bound to be lots of people who would appreciate that as a service...
Love to work there need oprader or driver got rolloff experience experience 10
That must be some really bad smelling stuff.😂🎉
That screw is ok but slow. Get yourself a stump splitter on the end of that machine.
I can personally do without seeing the chicken pit. 😬
You need a respirator for walking around the chicken 🐔 pit.
Price of eggs now and you are mulching them 😂😂😂😂
I wouldn't eat eggs,or chicken again
