I like the commentating. These are two rising stars. But it's very difficult to become as consistent as the Chinese. Their program is huge and they have such a large number of top players to choose from.

Basketball is ok but soccer, China sucks big time. The strangest thing is that soccer is the most popular sport in China. China hired all kinds of soccer coaches from Europe and S. America to assist their soccer program. So far, not much to show for. Perhaps the Chinese have trouble with their lower body. This may be a joke but it is intended to highlight China's helplessness with their inapt soccer system.
@@benthekeeshond545 Chinese kids start preparing for college exams from early ages, so not many kids play organized soccer. China don't have enough facilities or systems to develop soccer talents.

It is true that a football or soccer system requires facilities, namely football fields. But China has football fields They may be scattered around the country, but they are there. Even if China doesn't have enough fields, it does have more fields than S. Korea or N. Korea or Thailand or Hong Kong. We are not comparing China to either N. or S. Korea. Because they are good. Do you know that during the 1980s or maybe the 1990s? Thailand and the tiny city of Hong Kong defeated the Chinese National Team several times. I can also point out that the provincial team of Canton never lost to Hong Kong. Of course, that was like 1/4 century ago. However, it highlighted the gross incompetence of their football management system from that era. As of now, why are they still losing, I don't know.
A decent system is essential to develop good teams. Many countries around the world thought that Chinese TT is so dominant is because China has 1.4 billion people. That is nowhere near the truth. China has a lot of TT players but they are mostly untrained. The TT success in China is their overall system and a limited # of trained players. The coaches, training, and the selection of players are pivotal to China's success in the sport of TT.

Agreed, what has Hugo even won this year?
First of all these matches are from month of March. Secondly the ranking is not decided on just the current year but overall matches they have played.. For ex. Ma Long has won the Olympics Gold two times but still is Rank no. 2 coz overall Fan has won more matches with more win %

How hard is it to hired a retired pro player, that actually understand the game... These guys don't understand the tactics of the game, everything else was amazing.

@@inyourface123 you my friend are very much right, we can do better but they are a wanted departure from Adam. I usually mute the games bobrow comment on.
@@audiomanmik Bobrow is never really wrong and he actually knows a lot of trivia about the players and has socialized with them, he states the obvious but he's better than most English commentators already. At least he's passionate and not an idiot like the T2 diamond commentator who is both boring to listen to and goes off-topic because he has nothing to say. But if you want good commentary from legendary/ former word-class players, you gotta learn Chinese, their commentators are on another level, anticipating the player's next moves and breaking down their play style and tactics in detail
@@gab5012 there are many great english speaking retired pros. Adam states the obvious, he can't even explain what weaknesses are being exploited because he doesn't know the game. He spouts trivia cause he doesn't know the game, he's bad at commentary and even worst at table tennis.
@@audiomanmik I wouldn't say he's a bad player, he's a really good amateur player, at least But definitely not a pro-level player that a commentator should be. I agree with you. I like Bobrow but you're not wrong about him
coach of HUGO should call a timeout in the 3rd game during 10:10 or 10:11, so sad he didn't
double unforced error in the end of money time (11/11 fifth set) ; so bad for a pro ; hugo deserves his defeat and have to work his mental strenght
Yeah mate, I am nobody to judge him but tbh his game is not like it was before, also he makes a lot of casual errors now. U must have seen him in Olympics. He's one of my favourite player but nowadays he doesn't play like the way he used to, I mean to say that he should define his World Rank!

calderano have a amazing backhand but his forehand needs improvement......and he is too inconsistency,,,,,make amazing points and next point makes easy mental mistakes

It’s funny and ridiculous @ the same time those referees with their masks 😷 on the face and 6’feet away from players with a mask 😷. The show has to continued as planned by the world 🌍 order. In the middle of all the show the entertainment continues like it was in the Romans times.
