This is giving me the motivation to get up , make my bed , get myself ready for the day and as crazy as this sounds start getting dinner prepped for tonight while my big kids are at school . Because from the hours of 4-7 it’s like chaos , I’m just trying to survive . And I have learned the more you prep ahead of it the easier it is later , I appreciate myself later for doing it 😂😂

Not sure if you knew this already or if someone else said this in the comments but rosemary and mint repels lice which is always a bonus for school aged children. I add the oil to our shampoo also.

My dr recommended for me to take Estroven ( in the yellow box) for my hot flashes, it’s over the counter and I get it at Walmart. They also have a Walmart brand, and so far it’s been great. It does say you have to take it for 60 days before you notice a difference, I think I noticed before 30 days. ❤ Also, do you still have your Nespresso, if so would you be interested in selling your pods if you have any left? Thanks!

My girls also have fine curly hair and since getting an Unbrush I hardly have to use detangler. Maybe a spritz of water if my 3y/o got food in her hair.
When I saw the brush at Target I didn’t think much of it because it looks so flimsy, but it really works!
I’ve been wanting to get one after seeing them all over TikTok but wasn’t sure!! Maybe I’ll try one 😊

I am sorry if this question is rude or tmi. But, is your hot flashes due to removing your ovaries? Or have you always suffer from hot flashes? Bcuz I suffer from hot flashes to due menstruation.
I got my fallopian tubes removed, not my ovaries! I have been having hot flashes for about 2 years prior to my tubal removal but my hot flashes have always been more intense during my period! My tubal removal hasn't caused me any negative side effects yet other than intense back/hip pain when I ovulate (for 1 day) that I have noticed since the surgery. :)

Haha I totally get that! I don’t have any secrets 😅 I just push through. Mostly just because I like my life clean and organized and I want my kids to have a clean and organized home so I force myself cause I can’t function if it’s not that way 😝

How long does the fan last before needing to charge again?
Honestly I’m not sure, it probably says in the description on Amazon but I will say I’ve used it for 2 days now and haven’t had to charge it! I also forget to turn it off a lot but it seems to have good battery life!
Car scene is literally my life everytime I sit in a car…I get super overstimulated with the noises my kids make…😂
Haha yeah I swear they’re the loudest in the car but maybe it’s because we’re in such a confined space 🙃

Well anyways neck fan is awesome to wear around while doing stuff or when I get my hot flashes and it was eight bucks.
