Don't give such heading, 1st of all this is not the original version of Uppumav, it's healthy version agreed. But in Uppuma jeera, sugar and lemon juice never add. And it's mainly only south Indians breakfast. Now everyone like it as its easy and healthy.

Upma or upit is a breakfast eaten at least once a week in most South Indian Homes. It is as common as dosa, idli etc.
