The absolute best way to deal with Meganobz, especially in bully boyz, is to bring the Green Tide. Meganobz are just not gonna be cutting through 120 boyz with 5+ invulns.
Are you kidding? These things in groups are unstoppable with the big mek option. To kill a unit you pretty much have to concentrate an entire army's worth of shooting and even then you likely wont clear the unit. I found this out at a tourny last weekend. I cleared the entire ork army except two of these who won the game for him.
Easy for daemons, just pop a GUO into the middle with some nurglings around, and have the Bilepiper and a poxbringer nearby. They’ll all take Battleshock tests at -2, losing their reroll strats for hits making their low attack output really inefficient
Space Marine Terminators are 35 per model and get a 4++ invulnerable save. So 30 points for Meganobz seems right: They come without that save, without Deep Strike for free, and the Space Marine Terminators even get a better WS for melee of 3+ instead of 4+.

In Kult of Speed you can also give their leader Fasta Than Youz and let them charge after disembarking, easy anti tank melee delivery

STLs are really your friend for this one, Meganobz models are also ancient and pretty mediocre and there are some amazing 3d prints out there.
