Its a warfare. There are spirits hindering you, they know what prayer does and what it will do to you.. God gave you a will. start with that then holy spirit will help you to tarry long. Start with what stirs you like deep worship songs, like short tapes or scriptures.Find out what stirs you and gather them in multitude like a playlist. Also create a specific time for prayer. everyday or weekday, any that works for you. Once you do that the the holy spirit will help you out.Romans 8:26. Also if you can have an accountability partner, That will help a lot. May the lord help you.
