Great video Neil! When I was a kid I was so determined to have my own blind that i went to the bus garage but they wouldn't give me one so i made one with an old corn flakes box and some of those green plant holder sticks and a roll of old wallpaper which i painted black and used those old transfer letters that you rubbed on with a coin, in white. it took months to make but I made a really long blind that had "via" destinations like yours and a separate number blind. I loved it and eventually gave it to my nephew
Thanks for the very kind message Mike I'm v jealous, I could only make them out of cardboard and biro - letraset is genius! Love that there was a separate number blind too! LED strips have come on a bit since I made this, think it's time to maybe upgrade it.... Thanks again!
Looks great - I have a long bus blind - I really don’t want to cut it but would prefer to hang it up in its entirety- we have a high stud house - wondering if you have any cost effective ideas? TIA Anna New Zealand
You’re right we’re looking for the roller type. Do you think you could modify two diy roller blind kits ?. I see some are described as sprung. Would this help keep the tension between the two rollers ?
Thanks Al -- I hadn't even thought about trying a roller blind kit! I have a feeling that my DIY skills might not be up to that, and I'd have to buy a proper roll of destinations... but it'd be so good to make work! Thanks for the kind comment.

Brilliant idea well done. I'm working on creating a display box for a full blind so I can change the destinations each day.
Thanks for the kind comment Gerry - that sounds wonderful - would love to see that!!
