Yeah, they were supposed to be the endgame, their chemistry is just amazing. But thanks to chad, we had a crappy ending. Peyton was the worst character on the show, from the start of the series, was so depressing and always sought sympathy from lucas

@@moulaye7534 Doesn't change the fact that Brooke became such a beloved character and Brucas had such amazing chemistry that the writers changed their initial plans and wrote an even better love story where the 2 of them where heading to be endgame. But then ofc Chad had to mess up by cheating on Sophia and the writers had to change their plans

They may been endgame, but unfortunately, like you said, their relationship went south and also the actor who played Jake had to leave after the third season to go do another show that premiered at the start of mid season of 2006-07 season. I glad they changed it. Makes sense though.
