I enjoyed your video very much. Very sharp and clear, which I like. Anyway, I have a noob question if you have the time. I shoot birds and insects, only as a hobby, on my GH5. Should I just shoot everything HLG HDR from now on in order to future proof my videos as eventually everything will be HDR?

If you don't edit your videos at all then yes shooting in HLG is the ONLY way to get true HDR directly out of the camera. However, if you do edit your videos then you can actually use any profile and still generate HDR videos. However, you really need to be using Davinci Resolve Studio if you want to create true HDR videos at the moment.
That is the only software I have found that can easily create HDR videos in all flavors directly out of the software.
