Hi, first of all I must thank you for your videos, they are so helpful!!
I have a couple of questions for you. Can I wet/soak a skin that was already mounted and tightened? If yes, for how long and is it only in water or are there additional products to be added?
Thank you very much again! Love and Light. Enrico.

thanks Gregg. That's a pretty nice video. One thing though, I kinda feel maybe that the camera could have held a tighter view of each of the steps including mounting the rings. If the video were shot over with a closer view of each little step it would be worth a twenty dollar bill to buy the video for anyone installing a Djembe head for the first time-including me.

So I've reskinned about 4 drums from you guys, and your hangman's knots are WAY too tight usually. My trick? I just cut it in half and put a yosemite bowline (see wikipedia) in its place. That way it's never so tight I can't get the other end out of it. I also made a tensioning tool with a 1.25" oak dowel and a metal hook from the hardware store. Love your drums man, thanks for the video.
