    I am also a proud owner of EGV flat. Because of this little remoteness we are getting these flats under 1cr. If it would have been situation near new town bus stand or axis mall, the price would have easily crossed 1.5 cr. So, requesting you to change the title of your video, at first glance it looks like there are some issues with the property itself which is not.
    Couple of amenities that are in real vicinity of the property. Let me give a list
    1. apollo pharmacy + 4 other chemists
    2. Spencers
    3. loads of shops selling organic vegetable, chicke, mutton, fish
    4. Loads of shops selling street foods, dosa and others
    5. 5 branded sweet shops including Gangurams, Annapurna, Doiwala, Steam etc
    6. 6-7 big restaurants
    7. All deliveries including blink it, bb now, zomato, swiggy
    8. 1 day delivery for Amazon, flipkart and others
    Communication
    autos going upto new town
    3 bus routes start from here, there is an intercity bus terminus within 300 meters

    Bro...try 2 cut a long story short.....
    Everybody knows that Action Area 3 has a connectivity problem and the vibrancy is only felt upto Action area 1.But u guys narrated the video with your personal issues, which people are not interested.

    Check out urban greens in chinar park. Its near to airport.
    Even we cancelled elita for the same reason of connectivity.
    Also soul is from primarc(elita being merlin)...its further away from elita.

      Urban Greens rooms are very small. Feels claustrophobic .

      The advantage is only the location as its near to the airport,hence suggested him.

    My sister has bought a flat here.. Her husband's office is near to elita.. This was the reason to buy the flat.. I liked it so much..

    Safety is everywhere or nowhere!I had visited Elita...awesome!it seems SWARG!......the area will be developed day by day!Hope you will get a beautiful flat like Elita very soon.

    Though i am from Kolkata but i am leaving at Mumbai for last few decades. I was looking for an South open flat at Elita Garden but I could get it from the builder. Do u have already sold you rone or otherwise I am interested. What is the present price range for resale

      Hi Gautam ! I would rather suggest you go for other properties situated in AA1 than Elita. Elita is quite old now and not many resale properties are available. If you watched my video you would understand the location of Elita is yet to improve.

    Whichever property you all buy,a few important things which you must focus on are:- 1) Pharmacy and a Medical Centre or at least a Medical Store because it's fairly obvious that people may fall sick anytime and it's not always possible to run to a Medical Store/Pharmacy which is far from your property! Incase a Pharmacy like Apollo is within the premises or within walking distance from the property! 2) 🏦 and an 🏧 or at least an 🏧 because it's not always possible to rush to an ATM which is far away from the property! People may need to draw money @ the time of an emergency! At the same time there are many people who aren't comfortable with e-medicine as they aren't tech savy, especially senior citizens aren't tech savy like the young generation! 3) Incase there's a Convenience Store/Utility Store like Spencers/Reliance Fresh or MORE/Easyday Club within the premises or within walking distance then it's very handy for most people as you get most of the ration etc. under one roof! Otherwise it's extremely irritating to go far and a fetch a loaf of bread or get a few packets of milk early morning etc.
    4) Salon 5) Servants Quarter is another essential thing which is a must in a housing society because incase people keep full time maids/servants in their apartments to do the cooking and other household work then where will they stay? Most builders only focus on lavish apartments and lavish amenities but very few of them focus on all these daily basic necessities which I mentioned above!

      "Grown" is an end limit after that noting will change more, but "Growing" is starting point & it will take 2 steps more to reach that "Grown "position. Big company are coming like infosys & many others. in future Monorail connectivity to shapoorji from narkelbagan. From back side of shapoorji where project soul is constructed the road is 6 way lane connect to airport & it will connect to bantala rubber factory .Shapoorji is the only one place where six way lane connectivity is there. Shapoorji bus terminal is made for international bus stand. From shapoorji Bangladesh bus will go in future.

      Our place already has metro, bus terminus, hospitals, 4 lane biswa (bengali of international) bangla sarani, DLF 1 towers, market and 20 min airport connectivity. What else is needed. We believe we invested in the right property. 😎

    You did the right thing for not buying this property. We went for rent and seeing the condition of Gym and the Parking area we decided not to live there.Parking area was dark ,gym equipments badly used .Water logging issues are there as told by the house owner .And 3 bedroom flat is so small .So was complete No No.

      Hello ! NBCC is quite old but good complex, one of the oldest societies in Newtown AA1. However if you are planning to buy, dont go for a 10+yr old property. There are so many new and under construction properties to invest in.
