All deliveries including blink it, bb now, zomato, swiggy 8. 1 day delivery for Amazon, flipkart and others Communication autos going upto new town 3 bus routes start from here, there is an intercity bus terminus within 300 meters

Check out urban greens in chinar park. Its near to airport. Even we cancelled elita for the same reason of connectivity. Also soul is from primarc(elita being merlin)...its further away from elita.

Hi Gautam ! I would rather suggest you go for other properties situated in AA1 than Elita. Elita is quite old now and not many resale properties are available. If you watched my video you would understand the location of Elita is yet to improve.
Whichever property you all buy,a few important things which you must focus on are:- 1) Pharmacy and a Medical Centre or at least a Medical Store because it's fairly obvious that people may fall sick anytime and it's not always possible to run to a Medical Store/Pharmacy which is far from your property! Incase a Pharmacy like Apollo is within the premises or within walking distance from the property! 2) 🏦 and an 🏧 or at least an 🏧 because it's not always possible to rush to an ATM which is far away from the property! People may need to draw money @ the time of an emergency! At the same time there are many people who aren't comfortable with e-medicine as they aren't tech savy, especially senior citizens aren't tech savy like the young generation! 3) Incase there's a Convenience Store/Utility Store like Spencers/Reliance Fresh or MORE/Easyday Club within the premises or within walking distance then it's very handy for most people as you get most of the ration etc. under one roof! Otherwise it's extremely irritating to go far and a fetch a loaf of bread or get a few packets of milk early morning etc. 4) Salon 5) Servants Quarter is another essential thing which is a must in a housing society because incase people keep full time maids/servants in their apartments to do the cooking and other household work then where will they stay? You did the right thing for not buying this property. We went for rent and seeing the condition of Gym and the Parking area we decided not to live there.Parking area was dark ,gym equipments badly used .Water logging issues are there as told by the house owner .And 3 bedroom flat is so small .So was complete No No.
Hello ! NBCC is quite old but good complex, one of the oldest societies in Newtown AA1. However if you are planning to buy, dont go for a 10+yr old property. There are so many new and under construction properties to invest in.

Urban Greens rooms are very small. Feels claustrophobic .
