German Chancellor Olaf Scholz’s office says they will abide by the International Criminal Court’s arrest warrant order demanding the detention of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Israeli Defence Minister Yoav Gallant. Israel has strongly reacted to the German statement and called it “outrageous”. Meanwhile US President Joe Biden has said that he will not recognise the World Court’s arrest order. Now, US House of Representatives Speaker Mike Johnson has said that Netanyahu will be invited to the US where he will address both the Senate and the House of Congress. This is now the biggest support Washington has given to Netanyahu after the Biden administration halted the deliveries of bombs to Israel.

Every member of the UN is obligated to arrest him if he enters their country. That's 193 countries, including all of Israels allies, and Israel itself. Obviously Israel has no intention of respecting the law, so he is safe as long as he stays in israel. The same way Putin is safe so long as he stays in Russia and why he had to cancel his own travel plans.
