At the end of Gallery when you escape your player and Doggy talk about the Alley level. This shows that Alleys took place before gallery. Also right after Gallery you go to the Forest map and Doggy gets infected so Alleys has to be before Gallery.
What if you did common misconceptions of Piggy? For example, Pony was located in the Factory in T.S.P, not Refinery, as we see him say he had never been to the refinery before chapter 3. We also see him in the factory in the heist end cutscene. Nice attention to detail, Minitoon!
