Hello. I spent about the last hour while downloading B&S to learn more about the classes' playstyles and which one I wanted to roll. While your microphone quality isn't great, you managed to do what all the other videos could not which is helping me understand which classes to look into. Thank you very much!
I'm reinstalling the game right now after taking a long break, and I wanted to say this video was perfect for me to get caught up on what the classes did. The extra information about where the classes fit in to parties with buffing and/or utilities in the current game meta was extremely helpful, and will help me decide what class to roll. Anyway, you got a new sub and thanks for making this video!
I chose Blade Master! The "tanky melee DPS" archetype is one that I often play in most games, so your description sold me LOL. I'll play around some with it, but I might try another one or two before I commit to making my main character. Other ones I'm considering are Warlock, Force Master, and Kung Fu Master.
Yeah Blade master is always a solid choice. What I did was have my main a melee cause I enjoy melee more and then my alt a ranged so I got both variations.

BlackBeard Yep, everything still applies. The Warlock still has top tier DPS and is strong in PVP. Also their soulburn buff is still the most sought after skill for parties making them always wanted.
Heyy, Broski I am currently downloading the game Blade and Soul. I prefer support classes that has Buffs, Debuffs, Heals, etc. I actually want to get away from that and play something that is versitile yet is tanky and can take aggro from the mobs you know? Any tips or advice when choosing my Class/Race.
The two tank classes in this game are Blademaster and KungFuMaster. If you enjoy like a sword class then BM is for you. And if you enjoy a up close combat fist class KFM is for you. Both are great tanks and do good damage. So deciding on which playstyle you enjoy more is up to you. As for race Jin is the typical human default type race. It's one of my favorites. Yun is the female only one so if you don't want to play a female that narrows it down, and Gon is like Jin just for the male more muscular and taller. All 3 have great DPS currently so honestly it's just playstyle preference, but remember Assassin and Warlock have a party buff and BD does not (has a grab) instead. So that might make a difference to you.
High DPS ranged class. They have the highest DPS in the game at the moment so if you enjoy ranged classes and you want just pure high DPS it's the class for you. Pretty easy to play too.
The only thing i just 'learned' is that the first class that he introduced has a high skill cap...and well every class is wanted for parties and does have a cool power that is useful in those parties...yay
Video helped out so much since I'm currently in the middle of installing BnS cause I got bored of this game called Kritika. Subbed and thanks for the info, might choose something PvE based and are mechanically difficult/creative combos. Any suggestions? ( besides assassin, is there anymore? )
Glad the video helped! KFM is a great choice also as they have strong PvE aspects because they can be a tank and they also have fast paced difficult to maintain combos that are rewarding.
what do u say about summoner vs warlocks? i want a class with high DPS and required in team hunts or dungeons whatever... summoner can heal them, also they have a summon just the same as warlocks right? so what is better?
Warlock is easily the most wanted class in parties, because of their Soulburn ability which is very op for parties. They also have very high DPS also they're ranged so it's hard to die on them. I personally enjoy them a lot. Summoner's have decently high DPS also. The main difference of them is that they can stealth parties which is useful for certain dungeons also they are probably the most safe class as dying on them never really ever happens. Also they have some heals so that's nice too. So if you want just pure huge DPS and the most wanted class then go Warlock. Also another factor is if you would wanna even play a Lyn since Summoner is Lyn exclusive.

No there is not. As for lag issues people still have lag issues on NA servers while living in NA, so honestly if you live in Asia I recommend just going with the servers either in Taiwan or Korea.
Yes, there is a Thailand server that was opened in May (published by Garena). It has an unofficial english patch much like Taiwan. Though they are behind in terms of content there's still a fair amount to play if you wish to try it out. BnS is a very ping reliant game so the closer you are to your server the better your experience will be (Asia > NA ping is not something I'd recommend playing with even with a booster).
Sorry about the late reply UA-cam is crappy sometimes. As for your question KFM is no doubt a stronger pvp class as once you master their mechanics their cc and damage is insane. As for blademaster like every class in pvp depends on your own skill. If you have great ping and know the correct combos for BM in pvp you will succeed. So it's a tricky question but to try to answer it, it's more on the player than the class.

Both are exactly what you want (high melee DPS and super strong in PVP) as to which you should choose it depends on just a few preferences. For one Blade Dancers can only be the lyn race so if you don't like being a short rat guy/girl you might not want to even pick Blade Dancer. Playstyle wise besides the very high DPS they have unique benefits for parties. So the Assassin has a party buff that increases DPS for everyone which is really useful, the Blade Dancer has a grab which can grab any boss when it is stunned/dazed and allow the party to freely DPS for a couple seconds. Overall I picked Blade Dancer because I simply enjoy classes with blades and since the Blade Dancer is more damage focused than Blade Master I went with them, but ya I hope that helped again it's just really preference both are perfect for what you want.

Right now it's probably the 2nd if not the highest DPS class. Most likely will be getting a nerf honestly. PVP wise they're pretty bad in general, but like all the classes if you're skilled enough with it you can still climb.

Summoner is most likely the best for high ping, warlock and FM are also good choices for higher ping players. If you got higher ping I also wouldn't recommend BD or BM.

It's definitely not dead. Especially with the huge Gunslinger update that just came out today, a TON of new players are playing. It's never gonna be as big as it was at launch but that was due to the massive hype, but the game is definitely at a healthy state.
Well they created two mega servers so now there's Zulia and Yura so only two to choose from. Both are very populated so really can't lose. Also starting now again is a good idea, because they really made everything easier for new players unlike at how launch was.
BD if you want high melee DPS, WL if you want decent ranged DPS and the most wanted ability in the game. Or Sum if you wanna do a little bit of everything. (tank, heal, party stealth, dps)

WOW this video was excruciating to get through. He stumbles over his words constantly and I couldnt count how many times he says 'um, but yeah' and OH MY GOD he repeats himself so many times, talks in circles, and says 'DPS' HUNDREDS OF TIMES. He barely has any solid info on the classes, just basic opinions. He'll say 'theyre definitely not top tier for sure but yeah, no theyre great with DPS' and 10 other versions of that sentence. Barely has anything to say about how the character is played, says nothing about customizing or weapons or anything that a video with his description should have. Really not helpful.

No, the Summoner's summon is their cat which is always with them so they're definitely different in that sense.

Blademaster is 100% of what you described, so I would definitely go that.
Who is broken to play? And who is the most mechanical and strong?
Sorry never saw this comment. Warlock is the strongest class in PVP rn and is insanely strong in PVE so I would consider them broken.
As far as mechanical KFM is relying heavily on mechanics

There's no traditional healer in Blade and Soul, but Summoner can heal pretty good for themselves.
soul fighters heals are op they can heal themselves and party aswell and they also increase max hp to all party so..

anytip on BD?
Just practice animation canceling with your LMB + F and learning your s as any melee class will need to rely on them for hard end game bosses.

Well yeah it's low tier, if you gear it fully with BT of course it's gonna do a lot of DPS, but that goes with any class if it's geared.
