If we look logically The gravity of earth is 9.8 ms-1 so 11 ms-1 should be enough to escape earth since it is more than the gravity it will definately take more time but it should work

Here we are talking about the velocity, but the one you told is actually gravitational field/acceleration. It's not 9.8 m/s but it's 9.8 m/s².
As per your thoughts, no doubt if you move with acceleration greater than the earth's will lead you to out of it's gravitational field. But eventually you will achieve escape velocity with that acceleration. Because acceleration add on to velocity.

@@studyanimated Yeah i understand but i mean if somehow just for example if we move with 11 ms-2 velocity and our velocity and acceleration becomes constant than can we escape earth without achieving that much acceleration
