This technology uses tilt trays and throws the products into the boxes. How you solve the picking and sorting problem for the fragile products?
Hi, actually almost all the SKUs are suitable for chute drop as this warehouse is mainly for food in soft packages, so we use tilt tray to do sortation. If you have fragile products, we usually use belt instead of tilt tray and us slides as chute, so items will be moved horizontally on robot and slide down slowly for protection.
