- This is a full room tour of the 3 bedroom grand villa at Disney's Grand Floridian Villas. This room is huge at 2800 square feet! It sleeps up to 12 adults, has 3 bedrooms, 1 game room, 4 bathrooms, and a full kitchen. This is a Disney Vacation Club room and can be booked with DVC points or by calling Disney Reservation Center to pay cash. It is on Disney's website, but it rarely shows availability, so we recommend calling to see if it's available instead.
We loved staying here with family and seeing just how big this room is! The layout is wonderful, and the view is beautiful. The room is quite a bit of money, but if you are splitting the cost with several families, it helps offset the total.
The game room can be considered a bedroom, but we enjoyed using it as a space to play games together and just relax and talk.

Im obsessed with the beveled tile in the bathrooms! Ideally it would have been much more beautiful in the kitchen as well! This villa is divine & perfect for a Christmas Wedding party.

I'm not sure how they could call the room accessible with the lip going into the shower. Cant get a wheelchair into the shower. But enjoy the fact you can roll one under cabinets. Thank you for you videos showing the rooms.
Only one of every 5 handicap rooms requires a roll in shower. Others can be transfer type.
i noticed the retractable laundry lines in several of the bathrooms throughout the different resorts! great video

We could see some fireworks in the sky, but we didn’t have a good view of them at all.
I love your room tours! I was rewatching this one because multiple friends of mine and I are trying to plan a trip and definitely need lots of space. However, I'm not sure if it was the angle of the camera or not but it looked like there was another hidden mickey on the balcony. In the top corner of the balcony it looked as there may have been one there.

You said that the room sleeps 12. We have 13 including 2 kids under 2 years old. Both who would be sleeping in Cribs, Would they allow that mix of 13 people?
All Disney resort room occupancies are for that number PLUS 1 "infant" under 3. So in your case, yes you could book this as your 13th is under 3. Just keep in mind that only 1 infant under 3 "doesn't count" towards occupancy. Hope that helps! :)

It depends on the time of year and whether you book with Disney for cash, or through Disney Vacation Club (as a member or renting from a member) for points.
The cash rates aren't listed on the website but I believe they're ~$3000/night in the off-season. With DVC it's 115 points/night in the off-season, so that price would depend on how you got those points and how much you paid for them. 😊
I can picture an NBA coach staying there during their bubble.
Funny enough, they actually were only on the "hotel" side and not in the villas at all! We definitely expected them to take the grand villas too but they didn't.

What’s your favorite moderate resort?
Port Orleans- French Quarter. Great food and smaller than most moderates. Plus you have easy access to Riverside for their activities too.
