Next time. Each paper should have 3 words.. easy medium hard.. and easy should be worth 1 point medium should be worth 2 and hard should be worth 3. That way its not who goes first has a better chance. Also more fun.

Opinion: Set the points by the difficulty of the word and separate the difficulties and let them choose if they want to do the easy, average or hard ones. The first one to get 15pts - 20pts (or more, depends on the schedule time) will win. I think by these the game will be more fairer and not decided by the first draw.
