I have been an Esteem hearing implant recipient for 14 years. Having over 60% hearing loss prior to implantation this device has changed my life…even allowed me to become a pilot in my retirement! I am so hoping Medicare approves this device as stated in the interview it is quite costly and will/would prevent many seniors from getting it. Thank you for putting this information out there! 😊
