Am I the only one here who uses Z to sprint? I use LShift to sneak tho, in fact my controls are the default except I have 45 sensitivity (with 400 dpi) (yes IK I'm a low sens player), and of course, Z to sprint. Also alternative title: Joe saying this isn't weird for 10 minutes straight.

I do use r to sprint tho
