Game description and explanation -
Asphalt 9: Legends is a 2018 racing video game developed by Gameloft Barcelona and published by Gameloft. Released on July 25, 2018, it is the ninth main instalment in the Asphalt series. In comparison to previous entries, there are several new and improved features, such as a prestigious car lineup, new control schemes, including the autopilot mode called Touch Drive, and race modes, and the reimplemented "shockwave nitro" from Asphalt 6: Adrenaline. The graphics are considered significantly improved compared to its 2013 predecessor, Asphalt 8: Airborne.
There are a couple of Race Modes to include:
Classic- In This mode, you race and pick up nitro bottles and you can be knocked down by your opponents n the police
Ghost Classic- In this mode all things are the same as classic except that your car cannot be knocked down by other cars.
Slipstream- In This Mode race similar to the classic mode however you get nitro from the slipstreams of cars in front of you.
Checkpoint- In this mode, you try to reach a checkpoint in a given time, there are time-addition tokens along the route.
Hunted/Escape- In this mode you are hunted by the cops so your only choice to survive is to escape at a specific time. In most cases, knockdowns are important for your survival.
Ghost Slipstream - In this mode, you cannot be knocked down but you also get a nitro boost like the regular slipstream when an opponent is in front of you
