I am so happy to have an updated video of affirmations and the second time you spoke them, I had written them down to ensure I read these back every day. I've really struggled listening to other podcasts and videos who offer affirmations as I felt I could never relax, maybe it was their voice or the overall feeling it left me, but your videos are just one of a kind.
